My name is Heather.  I'm a stay-at-home mom with 3 kids and a husband.  They are everything to me. I currently reside in England, even though I'm originally from
America (east coast).  I have a degree in Computer Information Systems.  

I've started this blog because I want to inspire and encourage women (maybe even some men).  I want you to know that whatever you are going through you're not alone.  I have always known people that have struggled with mental health, not feeling good enough, etc. I have been one of those people and still am at times. I'm a work in progress.

This blog will feature interviews with real people who struggle with different issues.  Of course, this blog wouldn't be complete without some life/mom hacks and a few of my favorite recipes.
